Dobbiaco's Lake: formed in ancient times, thanks to the many landslides that often break off from the mountains of Mount Serla on the lake shore. This mountain lake, crossed by the Rienza river, is subjected to a continuous supply of debris and also of submerged aquatic plant growth. This involves a high tendency of the burial area, which periodically need to be remedied. Since 1977 the area returned to be part of a protected area.

On the third day, always on the roads of great cycling, we leave towards the Pordoi pass, through Dobbiaco, and the slight rise in Cortina d'Ampezzo (about 30km around the 3-4% slope). Soon after, we will reach Falzarego pass and, after 10 km of descent, we will start to climb towards the Pordoi. Once achieved, we will enjoy a refreshing break in the magnificent Dolomite scenery, and admire the exciting memorials of the great cyclists of the past,  as Fausto Coppi, Marco Pantani and Gilberto Simoni. Finally, we will move in the direction of Cortina, retracing the climb to Falzarego pass, where we'll have dining and return to the hotel via shuttle.

Pordoi pass: is a pass in the Dolomites in the Alps, located between the Sella group in the north and the Marmolada group in the south. The pass is at an altitude of 2,239 m (7,346 ft), and the road crossing the pass connects Arabba (Livinallongo del Col di Lana) with Canazei (Fascia Valley). It is the second highest surfaced road traversing a pass in the Dolomites, after the Sella Pass.
